The best thing about doing this podcast is getting guests we love.  There is no better college sports writer in the country (in my opinion) than the guy we had the chance to interview in this episode.

Pat Forde from ESPN joined the DL this week.  We talk about his Basketball Bucket List, including his time as the Stanford Tree.  We also get his take on the ‘Blog Wars’ and his outing of Bobby Gonzalez. For those who don’t know, Pat mentioned a BIG EAST coach  had gotten into a fight with an assistant at halftime of a game, but didn’t name him.  The internet went nuts and quickly found out it was Gonzo.  We get Pat’s quite candid thoughts on the situation.

We also ask Pat about the Derby, and who is more like the devil - Saban or Petrino.

After the interview, Nick and Dan discuss the Flyers win and Classy Caps fans (sarcasm).  We also recap the Penn Primary and spin it forward.

Great interview with Pat, if only for the reason that he comes back at Dan a bit, and Dan cowers like a little girl.
