Phillip Stutts On The Sport of Politics. Plus Lane Kiffin at USC and We Stumble Through This Haiti Crisis

First, Nick and I discuss the Lane Kiffin hiring at USC. Honestly, who would want to play for this guy, not only after his actions, but just with how ‘douchey’ he seems. Yes, I just used the word douchey. And will his hiring cause more sanctions to come down on USC, what with his involvement in both the Reggie Bush and Joe McKnight situations when he was there as OC and recruiting coordinator?

Stutts and I cover the following topics.
•Harry Reid’s ridiculous statements, his future, the hypocrisy of some Dems & Obama’s Hammer.
•Harold Ford. He’s handsome and obnoxious. Perfect for NY?
•Sarah Palin as the perfect fit for Fox News
•Pat Robertson, religion and how it ties in with the GOP
•Leno as a de-facto Republican comedic voice
I’m sure there is more and it’s a wonderful discussion, as are most with Stutts. Scary that, this time, we agree a lot.
Nick and I piggy back on that discussion to talk about the situation in Haiti, and really what people can do and if it’s our responsibility to do anything anyway.

Michael C. Hall has cancer, Hodgkins’ lymphoma to be exact. But it was caught early so Dexter fans will be happy to know it’s under control (as much as cancer can be, I suppose). And FSN Pittsburgh suspended their producer for the goal/replay situation.
Tough show to figure out how to do. Thanks for your patience.
