Mark Patrick from Baseball This Morning on XM Radio joins the show to talk about his career and life on a satellite.  Well, he’s not actually on the satellite, but his voice is carried by it every day.

We talk about the difference between XM and terrestrial radio and if the death of newspapers will ever translate to radio.  We also chat about his hometown club, the Indianapolis Colts and talk Gary Brackett and Marvin Harrison.

Then back to baseball as I ask Mark how he feels hosting a flagship baseball show and if he ever got flack from “baseball insiders.”  We talk about his son’s budding baseball career and who he thinks is the biggest name he’s ever interviewed.

Then, for you ‘inside radio’ nerds, we talk about the logistics of putting on an XM show, and compare it to the way we do our show.
